Seems you're right GAK according to statistics complied from 1976-2005 black on black murder rates actually only accounted for 94% of all black murders.

Of course this article points out that it's gotten a little better since in 2018 the number had plummeted all the way down to only 88% [www.nationalreview.com].

Though it seems hard to imagine, much less to believe, black on black violence and murder rates are absolutely astounding.

This of course means a black person has absolutely more reason to fear being approached by another black person with a gun than all the cops, and members of every other race combined they will ever encounter.
