While I'm quite sure it's fake (aforementioned fact that Pepsi own(ed?) KFC), no copywriter would capitalize "mushrooms" for an ad like this.
That said, they do sell Coke instead of Pepsi in some Asian countries.
Good try though. Looks convincing enough.
