I can't believe I am reading comments by an anon but the standard is higher I suppose.
The average punter and the rest of the MSM seem to be getting confused by what a civil suit is.
Criminal charges are usually dismissed because no result is likely and they urge (in the US) both parties to take it up in a civil suit.
You can NOT be "charged" or "convicted" in a civil suit, even one that has a jury empaneled.
The Don won't be paying her any money, he's a spiteful cunt, he would rather keep paying his lawyers.
