I hear ya q-man. But this is really a breakdown of the social construct.
I spent all of my early adult life one pay cheque away from living on the street.
But I could go and live with my parents anytime I wanted to or needed to.
That is a security not many people have these days but THAT is the real problem.

This woman obviously is a fucking loooozer and I have little sympathy for her or her kid.
However if the employer really did state "an employee losing their child reflects poorly on this company"...
...then that's a justifiable mass shooting in my book.
Jeopardising someones job, or making them lose it, is criminal in my book (coronavirus mandates anyone?).
