Sad. Revoltingly ugly. No surprise she's not happy about it. The perfect article to send to anyone preaching fat-free, as opposed to low fat.

Well, that's her lot and she's made the best of it. At only three patients, it's at the bottom of the medical research list. It's a hard but necessary way to allocate the money, much as I would like to see the result if it was cured.
