Bush's fault or not, who cares. The dude that orchestrated the destruction of
3000 people is still uncaptured, and we are bombing a country unrelated to his
organization. Who's in control of this train?

Yes, it is. At the end of the day, and as Commander in Chief of the most
powerful military ever in the history of earth, failure to capture this guy
after 4+ years IS Bush's fault. Regardless of party affiliation you have to
agree that it is pretty piss-poor that he is still using oxygen that could go to
others. Hurricane Katrina? Maybe not. But this one is Bush's fault.
