Fossil_digger, this series of photographs is outstanding. Can you tell me where it is? What kind of camera did you use. They really are breathtaking!

unfortunately my photography skills are pretty lame.
i mostly get my shots from various sites....high resolution sites.
my travels were mostly in the 80's and early 90's and digital technology was'nt readily available then.
i was trying to get pictures from places i had been ...then i said f it and downloaded every really nice shot i could find.
i loaded them on a c.d. and a few months later went to look again to weed out (of 3500) around 500 to use as wallpaper slideshow. when i loaded them i did'nt find out till i reloaded them that i lost all the descriptions....SHIT!

Thanks, Tiw. And thank you fossil_digger for answering my question. I really find your series to be some of the best and most beautiful pictures I've ever seen. Sigh... to be at one of those places right now instead of at my desk at work...
