The HARUKA is a special limited-express train from KANSAI airport to KYOTO (final destination), and is opertated by the JR Railroad Company. The train fee costs around 3500 yen. It departs KANSAI airport every 30min. The duration from KANSAI airport to KYOTO is 75 min. There are non-reserved cars in each HARUKA.
