You all forgot to mention and take notice of the conspicuous Coca-Cola can on the desk.
The watch is a mere distraction compared to the aforementioned Coca-Cola can.
What is the real meaning of that Coca-Cola Can? Have any of you considered this?

I would be more worried about the eye-drops hidden behind the Coke.
