From a movie shot in NZ called Battle Truck (aka Warlords of the 21st Century) circa 1982.

Sorry - wrong armoured truck. Still pretty sure it's from a movie. Mad Max?

I've done some research. It's a truck from Russia. The tanker on the back is similar to the tanker used on Mad Max 2 (the pipes radiating out from front top centre). As far as I can tell it has never been used in a movie.
