I have no idea what it is other than one big f-ing bullet. It's pretty heavy and hollow, double walled, looks like threaded brass on the inside wall.

It is 350mm diameter and about 1500mm long.

My mistake, it's 35 mm dia & 150 mm long. Look at the ruler. DOH!

Without stating the obvious, it's clearly a 35mm diameter, 150mm long, hollow, double walled shell.

Yeah it's closer to 37mm at the widest part.
