That takes some chaotic neutral alignment to go to war for a country, then go
to war against that same country.
Especially when the leader knows you're a better shot than his own army, which
is why he'd hired you originally.
It's lawful
spineless alignment for the leader of Chechnya to say he'd
help protect Russia from its internal enemies when they got their asses handed
to them by Russia in the first decade of this millenium.

Looks nothing like him.
Anyway, Putin will be replaced by somone even worse, unlesd there is another
revolution. Neither will happen in the near future. This is just a bit of
theatre.

That's the biggest worry, somebody even more unhinged coming in. And Russia is
full of them.
As for the picture, I'd say it's not a bad representation of a younger Putin;
