A half Japanese man, Count Richard Nikolaus Coudenhove-Kalergi, proposed a plan to mix all races into a bastard one, tell Christians it's about morality so they don't oppose it, tell Judaists they will run it so they fund it, tell marxists it's about breaking national identity so they implement it and so on.

It's really about the conquest of Europe from the East. As it's being implemented, so the East is responding. At time of writing that's what's happening.

Imagine thinking you're superior to the majority, so know better than them, by having money, or: political and/or social connections, or: reading works by an author and/or their admirers, or: completing one or more courses on one general subject! Then you read this book and don't notice it's about the conquest of Europe from the east.

That's who's implementing the plan.
