It's definitely a skill to make a good kebab.

There was a place in Camden, London which did the best I've ever had. Even sober they were amazing.

It's gone now, but I'd support a skilled migrant moving near me that does the same level kebabs..

I got no skills but I could write a book about it.
Aussie kebabbies have a special place in my heart.
Sydney #1 either Lebanese or Turkish.
Melbourne #2 because too many Greek influences.
