So this is what Atlassian do for customers?
At least that's how I understand it, maybe they do software too, what do I know.

Atlassian takes your money then leaves a bag of flaming shit on your doorstep.

Then they charge you per user, per month, for each person that a) does, or b) COULD stomp on the flaming bag. Whether they did or not.

Fuck I hate their shit. Really sticks to your moccasins. Oh and they also charge you by volume of shit that sticks to them.

I've .. "used", and I use it loosely, Jira for a while. Absolute pile of shit. Agile is garbage but it's something all the project managers have pivoted to because they've realised normal project management is considered old. Can't stand it.

Confluence is horrid too, but better than Jira. It's basically just wikipedia for corporates, but the search function is ass.

I really just hate Atlassian software. That's all they do though. "Cloud services".

Can't say I have used any such tools. Although I have a friend who has "scrum master" on his resume so I know such bullshit exists.
I left CSIRO and now work for the Attorney General Department in the NT. All gov stuff is ancient (except for HR, go figure) and most daily tools are just terminals that connect to "the mainframe" and operate in a mostly mouse free environments which is good for Unix/Linux people like me. I have been installing and training on this exact one and similar ones for the last decade almost. The police now have a phone app that connects in a view only mode but I don't have clearance to install that.
