Yeah, this isn't a brilliant picture, but isn't Osama an arabic name that is represented correctly by arabic characters? So when you use english characters, you are just trying to emulate the sounds of the arabic word, so there really isn't a correct english spelling of the word, it is just a phonetic attempt.
