How about a prayer for the families of the millions of Iraqis who were
butchered, tortured, maimed, raped, gassed, shot, hanged, burned alive, lowered
into vats of acid, and buried alive during the reign of the madman known as
Sadam previous to the U.S. putting a stop to it as well?
Perhaps you don't care about all those innocent victims or the gruesome and
horrible ways they were tortured before they drew their last breath at the hand
of that madman and his henchmen? Heh?

Man that is a good call 10074,but believe me thier is alot more christians on
here than you think,were not perfect, never told anybody I was.Bashing
christians, you know jews,muslims,and all catholic and prodestants pray.Every
religion in the world buddists,hinduists,even devil worshipers(I think) but I
could not deny Jesus and not admit to being christian.If you want to bust on me
for not being perfect so be it,but busting on me for being is just plain
wrong,REMEMBER you brought up religion.Im just wondering how I could be the only

matter of fact.If the United States had joined forces with Germany during WWII
the Soviet Union would have been destroyed and no american would have died in
vietnam,no one would be fighting in the middle east right now.fact/nazi Germany
had fewer policemen per capita and far fewer secret police than modern day

74166 does make a good point that the U.S. fully supported Saddam all the while
when he was brutalizing his own people. Bush and his fading
"coalition" (a sadly, laughable term) did not go to war because they
gave a damn about Saddam's treatment of his own people...all of emphasis on a
"free Iraq" came after WMD failed to materialize.
But the original poster is right that regardless of our backgrounds and beliefs,
we all offer a prayer of thanks not to have to live in a war zone. Couldn't hurt
to offer a prayer for all who have to go through war, irregardless of their
background.
