i think it's called infranview it has the ability to add on adobe and other plug-ins
i'll have to play with it more to see how far i can take it
alot of shit on it i don't understand though

damn it! i found a pic but shit is so damn small and i can't resize it without fucking up the resolution i need some kind of plug-in probably
like i said i gotta lot to learn about this but in the mean time i'm gonna make a bunch of black hole pics using this =twirl= effect
